Woven in Gold
Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Support for Individuals, Young People, and Organisations
Woven in Gold is a wellbeing practice, a platform, and a growing movement supporting people to rebuild confidence, stability, and direction in real, sustainable ways.
We specialise in neurodiversity support, reintegration programmes, and emotional wellbeing services that meet people where they are and help them move forward with clarity, structure, and confidence.
Support that is practical, psychologically informed, and built around real life.

About the Founder
I’m Lauren, founder of Woven in Gold.
A wellbeing practitioner with psychotherapeutic training, specialising in neurodiversity and emotional wellbeing.
I created Woven in Gold for people who feel deeply, think differently, and have never quite fit into the spaces designed for them.
My work bridges the space between coaching and counselling, offering support that is both practical and psychologically informed, helping people build clarity, stability, and direction in a way that actually works for them.
