About
Woven in Gold
There is power in softness.
There is rhythm in rest.
And there is gold in every crack we dare to honour.

ABOUT WOVEN IN GOLD

Woven in Gold is a wellbeing platform providing psychologically informed support across neurodiversity, mental health, and life transitions.
It exists to bridge the gap between clinical services and real life.
Between being understood and being supported in a way that actually works.
Support is often either too clinical, too generalised, or not adapted to the realities people are living in day to day. Woven in Gold was created to offer something more responsive, more human, and more effective.
The work is integrative and outcome aware, combining therapeutic understanding with practical application. This allows support to be tailored to the individual or organisation, rather than confined to a single model.
Services are delivered through:
-
One to one support
-
Structured programmes
-
Workshops and group work
-
Partnerships with organisations, charities, and community services
Areas of work include:
-
Neurodiversity support (ADHD and autism)
-
Emotional wellbeing and anxiety
-
Reintegration and stability support
-
Transition programmes for young people
-
Community and organisational wellbeing delivery
The focus is on creating clarity, stability, and direction in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and grounded in real life.
THE MEANING BEHIND WOVEN IN GOLD
The name Woven in Gold is inspired by kintsugi, the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold.
Rather than hiding damage, it becomes part of the structure. Part of the identity. Part of the strength.
This reflects the core philosophy of the work.
People are not problems to be fixed.
They are individuals to be understood.
Woven in Gold moves away from correction and towards understanding, helping people work with themselves rather than against themselves.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Woven in Gold was founded by Lauren, a wellbeing practitioner with integrative psychotherapeutic training, specialising in mental health, neurodiversity, and emotional wellbeing.
Her work is informed by a foundation in counselling, therapeutic practice, and coaching, alongside lived experience of neurodiversity. This allows her to offer support that is both psychologically informed and grounded in real world application.
Lauren works across:
-
Individual support
-
Programme development
-
Organisational and community delivery
She currently delivers services in partnership with a veteran support organisation, working with individuals on stability, emotional wellbeing, and reintegration into independent living.
She has developed structured programmes including:
-
Reintegration and stability models
-
Transition programmes for young people
-
Emotional wellbeing and anxiety support programmes
Her approach is calm, structured, and non judgemental, with a focus on helping individuals move from overwhelm and uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress.

Woven in Gold is built on the understanding that meaningful change does not come from forcing people into predefined systems.
It comes from recognising individuality, building self awareness, and creating support that works in real terms.
This is work that meets people where they are
and supports them in moving forward, with clarity and direction.
