Ongoing support for your organisation
Structured, psychologically informed morning sessions that help teams begin difficult days with steadier foundations. Content can cover emotional wellbeing, stress, communication and practical self-management, adapted to your setting. Commission as a one-off session, a short series or part of a wider programme. We agree audience, format, safeguarding boundaries and follow-up before delivery.
Neurodiversity-affirming workshops and facilitated conversations for managers, teams and services. Sessions can explore communication, sensory environments, inclusive practice, psychologically safer working and practical ways to support different working styles. Delivery is tailored after an initial scoping conversation. This is organisational learning and wellbeing support, not diagnosis, therapy or legal advice.
Regular practitioner time for organisations that need continuity rather than a one-off intervention. Support can include structured individual sessions, small-group work, staff consultation, reintegration planning and practical signposting, within an agreed organisational scope. We begin with a commissioning conversation, confirm roles, referral routes, confidentiality and safeguarding, then agree a pilot or longer-term arrangement.
Tailored workshops and multi-session programmes for organisations, charities, veteran services and community settings. Themes may include emotional wellbeing, neurodiversity, life transitions, reintegration, confidence, communication and sustainable self-management. Each commission starts with a conversation about your people, context and aims. We then propose a proportionate scope, delivery plan and review point, with clear boundaries and no guaranteed-outcome claims.
Optional elements include workshops, bespoke workbooks, warm signposting, service feedback and anonymised outcome summaries. Scope, capacity, safeguarding and reporting are agreed before delivery.
Current embedded veteran wellbeing and reintegration delivery takes place within RBVE. Wider commissioned work is discussed case by case.

We confirm delivery, named contacts, safeguarding routes and evaluation before work begins. Start through the Contact page or email lauren@woveningold.co.uk with the subject “Organisation enquiry”.
