This is not a test. Notice what happens before things become unbearable, what helps your nervous system, who feels safe and what others need to understand. Skip anything that does not fit. Your answers stay on this device unless you choose to share them.
You do not have to explain everything. Pick the option that feels closest, even if it is only 20% right. We are looking for one small next step, not a perfect answer.
This tool is for reflection and regulation, not diagnosis or emergency monitoring. Nothing is sent to Woven in Gold unless you choose to contact us separately.
Overload rarely arrives from nowhere. This helps you notice the small changes, hidden demands and body signals that often come first — so you can respond before you reach the edge.
You should not have to explain yourself from scratch every time you are stressed, overwhelmed or struggling to find words. Build a simple card that tells other people what helps you communicate.
There is no “right” personality here. This is a reflective map of how you tend to take in the world, restore energy, organise yourself, relate to people and protect yourself under pressure. Context matters. You are allowed to change.
This is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic or validated psychometric assessment. It is informed by dimensional personality research and therapeutic self-understanding ideas, but it does not assign a clinical label or fixed personality type.
