Find a programme that fits your life
Structured, practical programmes for families, adults and organisations. Enquire to discuss suitability, format, availability and cost before booking.
A six-week guided programme for parents and carers who want to understand their child’s needs and build calmer, more connected everyday support. An ADHD diagnosis is not a prerequisite for an initial suitability conversation.
The proposed journey: understanding your child’s brain; connection and communication; emotions and regulation; routines and executive-function support; self-advocacy and school conversations; a realistic family plan.
Companion worksheets and small between-session experiments support reflection. This is parent coaching and psychoeducation, not diagnosis or treatment for a child.
Enquire about ADHD Parent Coaching
Guided adult reflection on identity, needs, self-worth, masking and people-pleasing. Explore what feels true to you and turn reflection into manageable next steps. Delivery and support needs are agreed individually.
Enquire about Coming Back to You
A school-transition suite being developed for approximately ages 10–13. Activities explore identity, strengths, belonging, friendship, boundaries and asking for support.
Child workbooks, parent companions, school/practitioner guides and organisation licences are separate editions. Schools and charities can enquire about a pilot or commissioned delivery.
