Woven in Gold
For individual support, programmes, and partnerships
Clarity. Stability. Direction.
We provide structured, psychologically informed support for individuals, young people, and organisations navigating change, complexity, and growth in real life.
We recognise that the areas people struggle with are often where the greatest growth happens.
Woven in Gold provides structured, psychologically informed support that helps individuals and organisations build clarity, stability, and direction in real life.

Inspired by kintsugi, Woven in Gold recognises that the parts we struggle with are often where strength is built.
This is not about fixing people.
It is about helping them move forward with clarity, structure, and self trust.

Meet the founder
Woven in Gold was founded by Lauren Rowe, a neurodiversity coach and psychotherapeutically trained practitioner with experience supporting individuals through complex emotional, behavioural, and life transitions.
Her work combines lived experience with professional training, creating support that is both deeply human and practically effective.
Woven in Gold was built to bridge the gap between insight and real life change.
